ACRO 11+
Acro is the perfect class for children wanting to do both dance and gymnastics. We will work with your dancer using safe techniques that will build strength, flexibility and confidence. In this style of dance, your child will learn the importance of patience, progressive skill building, and conquering goals while having fun.
LYRICAL 9+
Using technique from Ballet and Jazz, Lyrical expresses the meaning of a song through movement. Classes will begin with a full body warm up, centre work, across the floor, improvisation and a short combo. This class is perfect for your budding dancer to feel connected to music and their peers.
TEEN JAZZ
Jazz class tends to be a faster paced dance form. It includes a warm up and stretch, technique and skills in the centre, and across the floor. Jazz classes combine technical elements and creativity while increasing flexibility, strength, rhythm, and musicality. Jazz classes are energetic and a great way to build cardiovascular levels in a performance filled setting.

This high energy class at X Dance Company will leave your dancer feeling confident while learning in a vibrant class environment. All Hip Hop classes feature stylized technique, fresh combinations, integrating musicality and coordination. If your dancer is looking for something fun and upbeat this is the class for them!
