CONTEMPORARY
Explore music and movement with our adult Contemporary class. We will start with a full body warm up and stretch then dive into basic technique, improvisation and a short combo. If you're looking for something active to start your week with then this is the perfect class for you!
HEELS
Do you want to build confidence, strength and performance skills? Come take our Heels class at X Dance Company and start adding some sass to your life! This class will consist of a warm up, ab workout, basic Heels technique and a short combo. No experience is required, we will make sure you're building the appropriate skills you need so you can kill it on the dance floor. Heels and knee pads optional but encouraged!
PILATES
With an emphasis on core strength, Pilates helps to improve flexibility, posture and balance. Pilates is a full body work out that will leave you feeling strong and refreshed!
