| Description: Grab your heels, knee pads, water bottle, wear a cute outfit and head to class! Miss Leanne will guide you through a warm up, stretch, conditioning, some foundation exercises and a small combo! This class is for absolute beginners who have 0 experience dancing. We will make sure you have all the tools and skills you need for class :D Be prepared to sweat and have the best time ever! |
