Jr Stretch and Strength (Ages 11-14)
Mondays
4:30PM-5:30PM
Stretch and Strength is the perfect class to build endurance, strength, flexibility and more. This class is considered intermediate/advanced and geared towards our competitive students however is open to all dancers who want to take their training and skills to the next level.
Jr Ballet (Ages 11-14)
Mondays
5:30PM-6:30PM
This class is based on RAD fundamentals, exploring Ballet to strengthen technique, dance discipline, and furthering understanding of movement. Students will be trained at more advanced levels as this class is geared towards our competitive team.
Int Ballet (Ages 14+)
Mondays
7:30PM-9:00PM
This class is based on RAD fundamentals, exploring ballet to strengthen technique, dance discipline, and furthering understanding of movement. This Inter Ballet class will follow a more intermediate/advanced trajectory as it is geared for our competitive students and will be assessed for pointe during the season.
Int Stretch and Strength (Ages 14+)

Hip Hop (Ages 11+)

7:30PM-8:30PM
This program is a high-energy dance experience that is fun for dancers of all ages. No previous dance experience is necessary for the course, but you have to be prepared to challenge yourself. Each class begins with warm up exercises and a distinct set of choreographed movements that will be taught step by step with music.
Contemporary (Ages 11+)
Saturdays
12:00PM-1:00PM
Contemporary blends different genres of dance such as Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical and Hip Hop. This style explores floorwork, partner work, improvisation and organic movement to create fluidity, versatility and expressive movement!
