With an emphasis on core strength, Pilates helps to improve flexibility, posture and balance. Pilates is a full body work out that will leave you feeling strong and refreshed!

8:00PM-9:00PM (Absolute Beginner Level)
Wednesdays
8:30PM-9:30PM (Beginner/Intermediate Level)
Unleash your inner diva with Heels dance at X Dance Company! Build confidence, strength, and performance skills. Absolute Beginner (no experience needed) and Beg/Int levels. Modifications for all. Heels/knee pads optional.
